Meet COURTNEY GHOSH

Hydrotherapist & Nutritional Health Coach

Courtney Ghosh earned her Nutritional Health Coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

She is currently completing her ongoing education in Nutrition through Food Matters and has over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist. 

 

Courtney supports patients transition to their new healthier lifestyle as designed by the patient and Dr. April.

 

Courtney’s goal is to work with patients to outline meaningful action steps toward their new lifestyle, and to help patients become experts in The Carroll Method. 

 

Courtney loves to read cookbooks like they are novels.  She loves to find creative and delicious ways to turn unhealthy meals and snacks into healthy and nutritious options. 

 

Outside of health and nutrition, she enjoys reading design magazines, studying Feng Shui, and frequenting thrift stores. Courtney also enjoys following the Avalanche and the Rockies, She makes time everyday for DailyBurn workouts, golden milk, quiet moments, and walks with her dogs.
