Looking for a doctor-patient relationship where YOUR health is advocated for?

The first office visit is 2-hours, where Dr. April can truly get to know your family history, health history, and current state of health. This includes a physical exam and pertinent laboratory or imaging ordering. 

​

The second visit occurs 1-3 weeks after the first visit and includes a comprehensive treatment plan. Physical Medicine may be included as indicated.

​

Frequency of visits will depend on your current state of health and how much individualized care you desire. This will be discussed in your introductory call.

This is a 10-Module Program with video content and handouts from Dr. April designed to help you lead your healthiest lifestyle. 

​

Modules include: 

• Light and circadian rhythms

• Environmental toxins

• Diet

• Exercise

• Mood/mindset

• Stress management

• Your best sleep

• Breath

• Hydration

• Body care techniques

You will receive action plans at the end of each module to help you implement the recommendations.

Are you interested in having a genetic blueprint to help inform your lifestyle and make educated choices about your health? 

​

The GeneRx Consult is designed to create an individualized wellness plan based on your unique genetics. 

​

This will include approximately two total hours with Dr. April and detailed recommendations (you will receive a 60-70 page report). You may decide to move forward with office visits for continued care. 

​

The visits may be in-person or virtual.
